Reservation

What?

• media which are currently borrowed by another library user
• media with status "in Einarbeitung" or "bestellt"

How?

• you can make reservations at our circulation desks or via our online catalogue and online
• we send you a notification via email or letter
• come and collect the media you reserved at the specified library

Costs?

• there is a service charge of 2,00 € per item reserved
• we charge postage if you choose to be notified by letter

Please note: The service charge is due even if you decide not to borrow the media you reserved. If you cancel your reservation before we put it aside for you, you do not have to pay the charge.
